One of the most useful features of the Microsoft Teams platform is the ability to take meeting notes. This feature helps you jot down important notes that you may need to bring up during the meeting. If you are hosting a meeting based on some critical points, you can make a note of the same before the meeting starts. Also, you can share these meeting notes with the team, after the meetings are done, as a kind of summary of everything that was discussed during the same.

Case 1 – Before the Meeting Starts

Step 1. Open the Microsoft Teams app on your Desktop/Laptop.

 

 

Step 2. Click on the ‘Calendar‘ button from the home page of the app.

Step 4. From the menu bar, click on the ‘Meeting Notes‘ tab.

Case 2 – During the Meeting

Step 1. While the meeting is ongoing, click on the ‘More actions‘ button.

Step 2. Click on the ‘Show Meeting Notes‘ option from the menu.

Step 3. If this is the first time you are creating notes in the meeting, click on the ‘Take Notes‘ button to start.

Case 3. After the Meeting

Step 1. Once the meeting is over, head to the chat section and locate the meeting and click on it.

Step 2. Click on the ‘Show notes in Fullscreen‘ option.

This will open the meeting notes on a wiki page. Here, you can go through the notes that have been taken before or during the meeting.
